Angelia relocated to Nashville with her husband and two sons in 1990. She quickly fell in love with the city and the people. Through the years the city has definitely changed to a much more vibrant and exciting place to live.

Angelia has been a realtor since 1998 and has been with Village/Parks since 2012. She loves that Parks is a local brand who is committed to giving back to the local community. People and relationships are truly her passion. Her background as a commercial property manager, negotiating and closing land purchases for the State of Tennessee, and as a title abstractor have help her to gain a broader knowledge of all things real estate. She strives to provide the type of service to her clients she would want to experience if she were in their shoes. Serving her clients is an honor she does not take lightly and her goal is to develop relationships with them that lasts long after a closing.

Her dedication to her community does not stop with her job. In her free time she volunteers with Preston Taylor Ministries, Thistle Farms, The Nashville Rescue Mission, and is a member of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce. She also can be found cheering on the Tennessee Titans and LSU Tigers, spending time with her family, and scoping out new restuarants and shops.

When we met Angelia we sensed such a great wealth of knowledge and combined with her bubbly personality and enthusiasm we knew we wanted her as our agent. As we all know. it's a very active market and eventually we bought a new home which we enjoyed but we knew it was not our forever home. Angelia knew the type of house and area we liked and a year later alerted us to a house that was coming to market. She got us in to the see the house first and we immediately knew we wanted it. We put an offer in and it was accepted. She then listed our house and sold it in a week. Long referral but is a great example of not only her work ethic but how she is always thinking of her clients.
