We lived in North Carolina when we began our search for a house in the Nashville, Tn area. Brent sent us various properties to review via email for several weeks. There were several that we really liked which gave Brent a clear picture of what we were interested in. We spoke on the phone several times to discuss the pros and cons of the various homes we found interesting. When we made a trip to Nashville to tour some homes with him we were not prepared for what actually happened (although we should have been). Brent took us to several properties that we had discussed, then took us to one we had not seen on line. He said he thought we would like to look at it. We did, in fact we bought it the next day.
