She was very knowledgeable about the Nashville areas as I didn’t have an exact preferred location going into the process. Dee Ann made you feel like you were her only client. If there were new houses that matched your criteria, she would send those. She was very responsive and flexible with the meeting times. I would recommend Dee Ann to anyone.

There are in existence several proprietary matching algorithms that are supposed to find the "right" realtor just for you! However, I didn't bother with the high tech approach - instead, I opted for the face-to-face interviews, as I was searching for more than computer generated names. Yes, I needed someone who was knowledgeable and experienced; but more importantly, I needed someone in whom I could truly trust and rely, as I was struggling with the recent passing away of my wife and soul mate of fifty years. Through the interview process and providence from above, I found Dee Ann Couche and Becca Pendergrast. While the two ladies are dissimilar (but I considered that to be a plus), they proved to me (a seasoned business and corporate lawyer with a large regional law firm) to be the perfect and most effective and efficient team out there. They gave me encouragement, staged my home perfectly, performed some heavy lifting, arranged homeowner services, provided very competent advice, acted as a positive sounding board, smoothly handled all negotiations, and they had become inseparable to me. The point being, my home was sold in a relatively short period of time and at the price I wanted. Would I use Dee Ann and Becca again or recommend them to others? Absolutely.
