She went the extra mile for us: working late hours on weekdays and weekends, giving us tours of more than 2 dozen properties, tracking down owners for last-minute showings, and so much more. With Erika's help, we went from knowing nothing about what we wanted to finding the perfect home in just a few weeks. We had been looking for a while and even had a bad experience while in escrow (with a another Realtor) on a previous house that fell through. Needless to say, we were not the most trusting clients and had a lot of questions/concerns this time around. Erika was very patient and took the time to explain everything. She was almost always available to talk/text/email. She was on top of all the deadlines, and overall ensured we had the lowest amount of stress possible. We even were out of the country for 2 weeks of our escrow and she still made sure the process moved along without any major issues. I was looking for a house in Nashville for 2.5 years working previously with a couple of agents without success. Then the market surged and I was threatened with getting priced out. I had made offers on homes but in the buyer's frenzies none were accepted. I was very frustrated at this point. Then I met Erika Spears and she told me she could get me into a house within 90 days. And she did. She listened to what I wanted and worked to find me homes that fit my requirements. She was readily available for contact and never missed an appointment or arrived late. She did all of the legwork, were as I was doing it all before. The amazing part was the number of times she arranged showings at homes not yet officially on the market. It was one of those homes that I purchased and below the intended offer amount. Erika stayed on top of the entire closing process with me and led the way when needing to expedite or correct situations that needed improvement or attention. She arranged bids, appraisals, and inspections for me using vetted and well qualified contractors. I am very confident that any person who works with Erika will quickly and happily find themselves in a new home that suits their wants and needs for an excellent value.
