I was considering a relocation to Tennessee and was fortunate to have been provided Fiorella’s contact information while visiting. I contacted her and she responded immediately. She listened to my “must haves” as well as items I was willing to compromise on for the right home, and what I did not want so I didn’t waste time looking at those homes. She asked about items not on my list that were more applicable for the Tennessee area, and I had not even considered. I was looking for “a home” not “a house” and she knew how important that was for me. I was upfront I was in no hurry, and it may take several months to find the right home. But when your realtor listens to you, it only took a few days! In fact, the home I ended up buying was the first one Fiorella shared with me (although I did look at others). She is amazing! Every question I had for the seller, Fiorella would find the answer (often going directly to the source) before the seller responded. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, responsive, and checked in on me throughout the process even driving out to the property multiple times after I left Tennessee to provide pictures / updates. I think Fiorella is very passionate about what she does. I believe her clients (who she fondly refers to as “her families”) are all very important to her. This is NO ONE better in the business of selling homes then Fiorella. I truly don’t believe we could have done this process, and been as successful as we were, without her!! Our home was on the market for ONE DAY, with over a dozen offers within hours. Her strategy, marketing, and network is worth its weight in GOLD! Our home spent 24hrs on the market, and we had over a dozen offers - and ended up with an offer well (WELL OVER ASKING BY A LOT!!) over our asking price!! Due to circumstances, we couldn’t be in the area when our home was put on the market. She streamlined the process, kept us in the loop at literally every decision, issue, and gave us options if we needed to change course. If there was an issue - she was ready to pivot, and prepared with a plan A, B, and C. She has an amazing network of professionals from home pictures, repairman, cleaning companies, etc that helped us tremendously, and economically get our home ready for the market. The most amazing part about Fiorella, she genuinely cares, and puts her heart and soul into the entire process. Her communication was impeccable - if I texted or called her, I’d get a response almost immediately (even if she wasn’t available at that moment, she would touch base and let me know when she would be). She was incredibly patient with our questions and concerns, and made herself available any moment we needed her whether we had questions, or wanted to brainstorm ideas. She listens and truly cares. There were so many times she went above and beyond. Other then family, your home is one of your most valued possessions, and I would trust her a million times over, at delivering again and again. Having worked with other agents in the past, I can honestly say, there isn’t a better agent to represent you then her.
