Grace Wagenman is a native Nashvillian and lover of old houses. She began her real estate career in 2016 after graduating from Belmont University, where she majored in Entrepreneurship and minored in classical violin.
Grace has an analytical and data backed approach to real estate and investing. She loves numbers and helping clients make smart decisions based on market knowledge and analyses. She has gained extensive knowledge on the short term rental market in Nashville and the surrounding counties. Grace also loves the more emotional side of real estate. She enjoys helping her clients find that property that “just feels right”, and knows that selling a home filled with memories can be bittersweet.
Though Grace has been helping clients purchase and sell their homes and investment properties since 2016, in 2019 after she had an opportunity to design a whole-house renovation, she fell in love with interior design as well. Since then, she has designed several historic full-gut renovations, as well as worked with design clients to create spaces they love in their homes. Her design work and past and current projects can be seen at gracewagenman.com
When she’s not working with clients on real estate or design, Grace loves traveling with her family, renovating her personal home, hiking, camping, and playing violin with the Nashville Philharmonic Orchestra. She lives with her husband, Jonny, her daughter, Emmy Lou, and their dog, Hank, in a craftsman bungalow in East Nashville.
