I have been in Real Estate since April 2007. Yup, I got my license right before the market tanked. Pretty smart, huh? I loved Real Estate enough to tough it out, and tough it was, but NO MORE. The market is corrected, healthy, and consistent. That could have happened a little faster, but I'm thankful regardless. An agent had to be very resilient, innovative, and ambitious to make it through the 2008-2011 financial crunch. My mantra is that I conceived, fostered, and grew my business during the hardest economic times I had ever witnessed, and flourished. Luckily, it only gets better from here!
