Joe was fantastic to work with and there were several things that stood out to us as he helped in our home purchase journey. First, he is an excellent and frequent communicator, which was deeply important to us. We offered a very quick closing, and with all of the information being passed around during that time, Joe always responded very promptly with all of the information. When he did not immediately know something, he started working on the problem. For example, we had a tough time getting answers on some very specific HOA-related questions, so Joe came up with the idea of trying a different approach and reaching out to the property management company (which worked). Second, Joe provided candid feedback throughout the process, which helped us during strategic decision making. Third, Joe got along really well with the sellers' agents. This seems like it should be a no-brainer for every agent in a transaction, but we found that the home buying process in the current market can often be contentious or sometimes communication between the parties or agents can break down. We had the sellers' agent text us after the close that she enjoyed working with Joe. Joe did great work for us. Read More

Joseph Arena truly surpassed what I thought a realtor could/would do for his client. From the beginning, he was thorough in his questions to set up a search for me of homes that fit my description. That week we were already looking at some homes to see how they felt in person. There was one in particular that I responded well to. He drew up an offer that we felt was negotiable and it was accepted. From there he gave me the play by play of everything I had to do so that everything would go smoothly and referred me to different specialists for inspections. Even after the loan started to go south because of the original lenders he was always there for any questions and emotional support. I really felt Joseph was on my side fighting for this to happen. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor and even on closing day was there to make sure everything went well. Cannot recommend him enough for all of your home buying needs. From beginning to end he will make sure you are taken of, and happy in your new home.
