Lisa Davis began her career in real estate after being an active investor and flipper in the market throughout the United States. She has worked extensively with 1031 exchanges (tax deferred) and ROI (return on investment) within her client's real estate portfolio which has been a fun and challenging task she has learned within the years she has been in the industry. Her first formal position was in Williamson County working on a new construction development with an out of town investment firm for a luxury homesite at Troubador, which is now a Discovery Land project south of Nashville within a golf community.
Lisa specializes in all areas of real estate but recently was licensed in "Certified Divorce Real Estate," where she works primarily with family law attorneys to help both parties in the process of divorce. This required plenty of hours in the education and classroom hours, as well as continuing education and ethical training.
She moved here in 2001 from Minnesota to attend Lipscomb University on a golf scholarship and majored in German and Business Communication. In 2015 she came back to call Nashville home again after an international executive sales position based out of Dallas, TX.
In her free time, Lisa loves to be outdoors and spend time with her two young daughters, Anja and Isabel. They love to travel, golf, ski, and boat when they can. They try to get up to the Minnesota lakes as much as possible during the humid Nashville summers! When we asked about her favorite(s) in Nashville: "all the live music, hiking in Warner Parks, Sundays in Leiper's Fork, Halloween in historic Richland/ West End, golfing throughout the area with friends and family, and trying out all the new neighborhood restaurants."
