Natalie was born and raised in southeast Georgia where she attended Georgia Southern University. After graduating with her bachelor's degree in marketing, she was eager to move to Nashville! Her love for homes, interior design and building relationships landed her in the career path of real estate. With a love for all things Nashville, she enjoys helping her clients feel right at home wherever they land. Priding herself on top-of-the-line marketing and digital strategies, Natalie treats each buyer and seller with the highest quality of care. Her goal is to help people build lives they love in beautiful homes.

When Natalie isn't selling real estate, you can most likely find her traveling, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and working out! She is a married to her husband, Dylan and together they have two dogs, Banks and Bailey. Every Saturday in the Fall you can find them cheering on the dawgs, which stems back to their Georgia roots. With each passing year Natalie has realized Nashville is a big city, but feels more like a small town as she grows lifelong relationships!

She was responsive, didn’t just try to prove she was more knowledgeable than me, actually heard what I was saying, and answered my questions to the best of her ability. Over the next few months, we worked with her to find our first rental property. She continued to be everything I could hope for in an agent. She was flexible with her time – willing to do visits whenever we asked (and the ONE time she couldn’t, she found another agent to sub in for her). She always responded quickly to questions. She created a shared document for tracking interested properties and we constantly collaborated and worked together on it. She listened to my concerns and made suggestions to me. Starting with our listing, Natalie helped us get things rolling by doing a wonderful job with staging and listing photos. Her creative use of social media platforms definitely helped get the listing in front of potential buyers. Once under contract, she worked diligently to arrange our new purchase to go alongside as seamlessly as possible.  There are many challenges when trying to handle real estate transactions from out of state, but Natalie was always timely and thorough to make sure we were well informed. We greatly appreciated her handling of items with the new construction home we purchased - dealing directly with the builder and his agents to verify things were completed as promised. We recently settled on our new home in Cookeville and worked with Natalie Barber at Parks Reality, Nashville. After sifting through several agents that just didn’t meet our expectations (weren’t available, were very pushy on selling us a home instead of hearing what we wanted etc), we reached out to Natalie and it was night and day to every previous agent we had dealt with. Natalie made herself available to our schedules and we were able to hit the road checking out houses that were appropriate right away. She listened to what our check list was and came through with houses all within those expectations. Within 3 weeks she helped us find our dream home and start the process of settlement. There were a few hiccups on the sellers side along the way and Natalie was able to negotiate those terms for our best outcome. I really felt like Natalie cared about us getting into a house that we could call a home. With our first baby on the way, it was really important for us to find a home we could start our family in, in a bit of a time crunch. Natalie made that happen for us.
