This was our first time buying a home, and we jumped right into the process unexpectedly, not knowing in great detail what questions to ask about homes or factors to consider outside of those that were obvious to us. Rachael was thoughtful and thorough in helping us select homes to walk through, discuss what to consider about each home, and navigate next steps. When our offer was accepted, Rachael proactively reached out with clear next steps and timelines, alleviating any questions or anxiety we might had about what was next. She was very responsive to our questions and took our concerns and joys as her own throughout the process.
