My joy is in working with buyers and sellers across the spectrum - from 1st time buyers and sellers to luxury properties. What draws clients to me? Well, I've been a young, single, nervous professional through my first home purchase. I've been a newlywed making that first "together" purchase. I've been part of a professional couple feeling the stress of the latest corporate transfer (including TWO relocations to Nashville). I've lived life on the lake. I've moved parents into my home and then out again to assisted living. And I've been newly single and creating a new lifestyle for myself. In other words...I've been there! Born and raised in Bristol, VA (and, yes, there really is a street named State Street that divides the city between Virginia and Tennessee)
Attended Virginia Intermont Collge, University of Denver, and (it's a long story)...

First Career - 20 Years with AT&T/South Central Bell/ BellSouth in Large Business Sales, Customer Care, Operations and Product Management
Current Career Since 2012 - FULL TIME in real estate - BROKER, ABR, GRI, SRES

Not sure how she did it from staging to listing I received multiple offers within 10 days time ($20,000 above what everyother realtor had wanted me to ask for it). She then helped me with my new home purchase once again always listening to what I wanted in a home. I won’t say both sales were seamless but not matter what the other realtor or their clients did she was quick to respond always working for my best interest. We were relocating from Milwaukee to Nashville and downsizing at the same time. Very difficult to find something we would be happy with in the period of elevated prices during the Nashville boom. She patiently dealt withour list of shifting priorities and showed us a wide range of houses that had potential. I had done extensive research online and she was able to suggest ruling out several properties due to some factors which did not catch my attention. Becca was always a joy to work with. A pleasant demeanor and was willing to view houses across a wide geographic area. Stayed upbeat when the process was driving me crazy. Cross country moves bring another layer of complication, particularly with scheduling. She was able to take that in stride. I would highly recommend her to any potential buyers or sellers.
