Rob Mallernee is a Nashville native who attended David Lipscomb High School and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a specialization in Real Estate from the University of Alabama. He spent much of his young childhood in the car with his Dad exploring Nashville and hunting for investment properties. Real Estate has been a constant interest and passion for as long as he can remember. Seeing the rapidly changing landscape of Nashville prompted Rob to reenter the industry to help new & old friends navigate one of the most challenging and exciting purchases that perhaps they will ever make. Rob formerly worked as a business analyst and developed a wealth of experience working with both individuals and corporations. Rob enjoys sports, live music, and the outdoors. He is the father of a new baby girl and is married to his wife Hannah who is a Nashville artist. Rob both knows and loves the city of Nashville. He calls it his home and would love to help others do the same!
