I was transferred by to Nashville by my company to open a new location. I had never been there and did not know a soul. I had no idea what part of town I should live in. I neede... I was transferred by to Nashville by my company to open a new location. I had never been there and did not know a soul. I had no idea what part of town I should live in. I needed to rent a house for awhile. I found myself walking into Lakeside Reality. I was greeted by Robbie. I told her my situation and could she help me find a house to rent. She said she could help me. She spent the next two days showing me rental properties even though there was nothing in it for her. She shared her knowledge of the area and told me the best places to live. We found one and I could not have made it without her help. So I moved 700 miles into a rent house. I always remembered how she helped me. So after 6 months I decided to have a home built. I immediately called Robbie to help me through that process. She was outstanding and became a trusted friend. About 2 years latter I was being transferred again to Austin, Texas. Robbie listed my home and got it sold at a great price within 3 weeks. We have remained friends and in contact ever since. Back in 2014, we decided to relocate to Middle Tennessee and focused on the Hendersonville/Goodlettsville area. We were driving around Hendersonville on a Saturday afternoon an... Back in 2014, we decided to relocate to Middle Tennessee and focused on the Hendersonville/Goodlettsville area. We were driving around Hendersonville on a Saturday afternoon and swerved into a realtor parking lot to grab a Homes magazine. As we were backing out, this lady came running out of the otherwise deserted office to ask if we needed help. A friendship was born. Over the next 3 years, we casually looked for that perfect home. Robbie knew what we wanted and would call us when she saw something appropriate. We appreciated her vigilance. There were a lot of showings over those years and for one reason or another, things just didn't come together. We took a deep breath, trusting in the process and trusting Robbie. Then in April of 2017...we found it! We now live in a wonderful 3BR home on a mountaintop near Goodlettsville. Robbie knew that this house would go fast, so she brought the 'offering' paperwork with her to the showing and hand-delivered it to the seller's agent that evening. She went the extra mile. She has been so patient, understanding and she never stops trying for us. We have our dream home in our sights and she won't stop trying to find it for us. I admire her Will to do right by us. I must say if I were in her shoes, I would have probably threw in the towel by now. Not Robbie! She actually gets more determined as time goes on. It's nuts! It is obvious that Robbie loves her job. More than that, she loves people, it shows. It takes a special person to put out countless hours and not earn a penny until she makes a sale. (If that person even finds a home they like!)
