Samantha Shuster has lived in Nashville since 1999 and can't imagine living anywhere else. Her love for Middle Tennessee and the people who live there are the driving forces behind her career in real estate.

Samantha holds degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Belmont University. Prior to real estate, she worked in the Information Systems Audit department at HCA Healthcare. Samantha’s time in auditing strengthened her ability to work with others, especially the clients she was serving.

Samantha chose to pursue a career in real estate because she believes she best fulfills her purpose when she is engaged in meaningful relationships with others and in a position to serve their needs. Real estate fulfills her passion for connecting with and serving those around her while utilizing her financial and technical background, so it’s really the perfect fit! Helping someone find their special place in the world is an incredible opportunity, and Samantha is eager to help so many people find that.

In her spare time, Samantha enjoys spending time with her husband, Joseph, and their miniature dachshunds, Frank and Beans. They live in Green Hills and spend as much time as they can outdoors, whether it is at the park, hiking, fishing, or grilling out on the back porch.

On top of that, we closed just 3 weeks after that! Sam was diligent in her work to find us homes to see, attentive to detail when we talked about likes and dislikes, encouraging when we felt overwhelmed by the thought of buying in the current market, and quick to make things happen! We found a friend in Sam throughout the process which made us feel comfortable expressing our concerns and hesitations with her, all of which she did her best to ease and work through with us. When busy work schedules made it hard for us to attend inspections she was right there to facilitate the process and keep us up-to-date on everything. Selling a home and moving can be a stressful process, especially in a city like Nashville, but Sam explained everything so well and stayed on top of all the details and deadlines. I didn't have to worry about a thing! One of the details I liked the most was a calendar she created with all of the deadlines up to closing so nothing would get missed. She did her research on the comps in the area and had so much knowledge about the Nashville housing market. She did a beautiful job getting our home ready to sell and ended up selling it for over asking price! It was almost unbelievable how smooth the process was.
