David Swanger also hales from Tennessee. Growing up near Chattanooga, David loves the natural beauty of the Tennessee mountains, lakes and rivers. An avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast, David can guide you to your perfect real estate destination. David attended Travecca University and has called Middle Tennessee home for many years. David specializes in estates and is a Senior Real Estate Specialist.

Michelle Paul has lived in the Nashville area for almost 30 years and has sold real estate here for more than 20 years. She attended the University of Missouri and Christian Brothers University in Memphis. Michelle is a patron of the arts and knows the ins and outs of Nashville's vibrant entertainment offerings.
