Tara is fantastic--she was with us for several months while we searched for our first home. She was patient, and encouraged us to find the right house for us. Sometimes, that meant driving for an hour outside of Murfreesboro to view a farmhouse she didn't think we would really want, but booking the showing anyway so we could determine that for ourselves. Another time, it was multiple visits to a house that we were interested in purchasing and renovating. Once, it meant five showings in one day, and then staying late to write an offer. Tara truly gave her all in helping us and keeping us informed and encouraged. Her advice was truly priceless. In the end, she helped us purchase the best home for us, and we are truly and sincerely happy. We will always come back to her for any future realtor needs. I’d also like to mention that the other agent assigned to assess our house at the beginning of the process suggested a listing price of about $40k less than Tara.. This simple fact shows that Tara is very knowledgeable of the market. She looked to maximize the sales price & help us, the seller. Had we gone with the other agent, the home would have been severely undervalued, would have sold quickly, & she would have collected her commission without adding much value...and by the way, would have cost us $40k. On our first Saturday, I gave her a list of 20+ homes that I wanted to see, (I gave them to her the night before), and she had scheduled showings for every one of the homes the next morning. Tara made this process so easy for us. She is incredibly punctual, professional, and she worked hard to make sure our interests were protected and carried out.
