I am so extremely fortunate that Barry and his wife, Jenny, were my appointed personnels for all these new home processes! They were like my "home parents" that help me guide through each steps while answering all kinds of questions I had with excellent advises from them; and informed me promptly when there was any issues/concerns arised. Barry was more for my negotiators/the middle men between sellers and buyers; and keeping me in the loop for what's going on with my home; and Jenny was keeping up with all sorts of documentations and making sure that I was signing/getting correct information. For instance, I had an issues with part of my home that wrong items were installed. As soon as I mentioned my concern, Jenny pulled up my documentations on her phone and confirmed that I ordered the specific items that's different then what's installed. Right after, Barry informed the seller the concern and issues were fixed. I am just super thankful for Barry and Jenny!!!
