Benita Giovannetti

I started selling Real Estate in Memphis, TN in 1989. We began visiting Nashville in 2002 and quickly fell in love with the gorgeous views and many outdoor activities the city and surrounding areas offered. We made the decision to move and have loved living here ever since. I grew up in and around the Real Estate business and still love what I do for a living! My experience includes Residential Sales, New Construction, Relocation, Property Renovation, Investor Rehab Consulting and Condominium Sales. All of these Charities have personal meaning to us and our family due to one of our children being diagnosed with LUPUS at a very early age.
