Whether it's elevating a morning cup of coffee with a dash of cinnamon or creating a beautiful charcuterie board out of the last few slices of cheese in the fridge, she believes the smallest touches make the biggest difference. Details matter to her, and that transfers over to her clients. There's nothing that brings her more joy than helping her clients not only find a beautiful house but helping them make it into a cozy, forever home.
Blair's passion for real estate originated from a passion for design, beginning at a young age when she would help her mom rearrange furniture to give the house a fresh look. She draws much of her design inspiration from her family roots in Santa Barbara and refers to her design aesthetic as "California Casual." This background has been an asset to her as she can help clients edit and stage spaces.
She lives in Melrose/12 South with her husband Jake and her rescue dog Lola Lucille (follow her on Instagram) where she loves to cook, arrange Trader Joe's flowers, and watch trashy reality TV (her guilty pleasure). Blair grew up in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and moved to Nashville in 2005 to finish her degree at Middle Tennessee State University. She graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Business Communications.
Blair spent six years working her way up at Tennessee Steel Haulers in the freight operations department. She went on to work the next five years in marketing and events for a local technology company. With a background in logistics, marketing, and event planning, she learned to thrive amid chaos and adapt on the fly.
When asked why she wanted to join Parks, her answer was, "I knew the moment I walked into that first sales meeting, it felt like home. The resources and sense of family were immediately apparent and something I knew I wanted to be a part of." Blair's excited to begin her journey at Parks and looks forward to meeting the needs of the Nashville community.
