I love working with buyers and sellers. My primary area of emphasis is Nashville Area 2 and all of Williamson County, I also enjoy working the Pegram, Kingston Springs and Cheatham county area. I hold designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) , CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional), e-PRO (Internet Sales Pro), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Sales Professional), C-RCS (Certified Residential Construction Specialist).My personal background includes 29 years serving in the military both active and Army Reserve. My last active assignment was as a Casualty Assistance Officer at the end of Desert Storm. In civilian life I have been in Pharmaceuticals both sales and as Medical Liaison for research and development. I also owned a medical equipment company with products for surgery, neonatal intensive care, cardiology and ultrasound. I am married to Jeannie Wood Downing a retired pharmacist and have four children and five grandchildren. After selling my business in 1996 I entered real estate and have been with Parks the entire time.
