We had a house go under contract in June of 2020, flew out to take a closer look and after a thorough inspection, the house needed too much work to justify the cost. Cayla supported us through the process and didn’t hesitate to continue the search for us. We moved to Nashville the next month and decided to land in a rental while we got more familiar with the new city. She still would check in and see if we needed anything, even though the house search was on pause. When we started our search again at the beginning of 2021 Cayla did what she does best, put her all into finding us the best house for our family. She didn’t want to sell us the most expensive house, but make sure we found a location, house, and neighborhood that would be best for our family of 5. After six offers, our seventh offer was finally accepted and we had requested a 40 day escrow to prepare us for a construction loan (FHA 203k). There were so many different issues we ran into (all of which were out of control) but Cayla was consistent, calm and negotiated 3 extensions with the listing agent. I’m positive there were many conversations and negotiations she had that we didn’t know about that helped us successfully close on the house 60 days later. If you are looking for an agent, look no further. Cayla will make sure you are taken care of and that you truly get the house you deserve.
