After spending a decade in numerous healthcare capacities, Charles opted to take his natural talent for strategic communication, building relationships, and navigating complex deals into a more service-driven role on a local level. Charles is actively serving on non-profit boards for Nashville Children’s Theatre and Nashville Black Chamber of Commerce. Charles has completed extensive courses in real estate law, appraisal, finances, marketing, ethics, and property management. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors.
