Chuck is a Christian, married to an amazing woman and has four children, two step children and ten grandchildren. Prior to his real estate career, which began in 2008, he spent 33 years in the automotive financial services arena with Ford Motor Credit and Citigroup. His corporate and executive level experience prepared him well for his current role in real estate, particularly as it relates to providing a high level of customer service and strong negotiation skills. He enjoys doing anything outdoors, and stays active in outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, hiking and tending to his own small farm in southwestern Williamson County.

Although he considers himself a “full spectrum” real estate consultant, his real love is Listing & Selling TN Country Homes on Acreage, farms, horse properties and TN Land For Sale. He considers himself an expert in these types of properties, because he’s had extensive experience working with and advising multiple buyers and sellers of these types of properties. Chuck took videos of dozens of houses for me and would email them to me across the country so I could view the homes we would find for sale. This process took several months. I have never met anyone who would take that kind of time with a customer! Especially on low value properties where the commission is not that high! We finally closed on a property I had never stepped foot in. When I moved to Nashville and walked through the door for the first time it was exactly what I was looking for!
