Recognizing his entrepreneurial spirit and desire for hands-on involvement, Clay went on to establish his own business specializing in completing punch list items for builders. This venture allowed him to fine-tune his attention to detail and foster strong relationships with local builders, further enhancing his credibility and industry connections.

Drawing on his comprehensive industry knowledge, Clay transitioned seamlessly into the role of a real estate agent. Clay's commitment to exceptional service, coupled with his excellent negotiation skills, has consistently led to successful transactions and satisfied clients.

Currently, Clay serves as a co-founder of Boulevard Nashville, a prestigious real estate group that focuses on acquisition and infill development in the greater Nashville area. Outside of his professional achievements, Clay finds joy in his family and actively engages in his community by coaching youth sports, instilling valuable life skills and fostering teamwork among the next generation.
