She's very knowledgeable regarding the behind the scenes details of buying and selling a home and makes the experience as "stress free" as possible during what CAN be a very stressful time. We have bought and sold 2 properties with Darla and she has been able to show us so many properties, walk us and talk us through multiple scenerios and help us understand each step of the process so it's completely clear what to expect. She went above and beyond on several occasions during one of our moves to help me remove some items that were left behind by a previous owner in one of the homes. She even helped with organizing the movers as I was out of town on moving day! That was AFTER the sale was complete so she clearly didn't have to do that!!
