Dave Goldstein

Dave has over twenty five years of sales, marketing, financial and executive management experience. He was in the Hospitality industry for many of those years with Coto De Caza Golf and Racquet Club, The Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa and as a General Manager, District and Regional VP with Equinox and Fitness International, LLC. He was also CEO of a publicly traded company. His experience allows him to guide his clients from a well rounded perspective throughout the home buying or selling process. He has a Bachelors degree in business management and earned his Masters in Education. Dave was also a Pitcher at California State University Long Beach, played in the College World Series and then played professional baseball before moving into the business world. He‘s also a certified personal trainer and part-time Baseball coach at Ensworth HS in Nashville.

He completed the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) designation and Luxury Home Specialist (LHS) certification. Dave's wife Kristi, who is his RE partner and Licensed Relocaiton Specialist (LRS) moved to Middle Tennessee from CA after becoming "empty-nesters". Being on fifteen acres with a barn and renovating their home in Middle Tennessee was exactly what we were looking for. Their neighbors; and the deer, turkeys and foxes have been very welcoming. They have three grown children. Their oldest son is married and in real-estate land sales back in CA and they have boy/girl twins.
