These are words clients have used to describe Dee Davis at Parks. Since January of 2001 Dee has been a trusted real estate agent in the Nashville and middle Tennessee area. A native Nashvillian, like her father and grandfather, Dee knows the middle Tennessee area and its people. Her valuable experience, relentless dedication, and adventurous spirit have kept her in this business through all kinds of tumultuous market conditions.Dee graduated from University of the South in 1989 with a B.A., then studied commercial photography and was an advertising photographer until 2001. After getting her Real Estate license in January of 2001 and going to 2 other companies, she came to Village ( now Parks) in Jan of 2002.
After attending a myriad of real estate classes, she continues to further her expertise by taking courses on many important aspects of the residential real estate market. Some of her favorites were taught by hostage negotiators because it is imperative to be an expert at handling difficult negotiations in the real estate business.
Dee is dedicated to her clients from beginning to end, and even after the closing, whether selling a $30,000 property, a million-dollar plus luxury home, or anything in between. Her fierce tenacity ensures every detail is handled with efficiency and accuracy.
When she’s not wrangling top-dollar sales for her clients, Dee’s passions have included competitive ballroom, swing, and Latin dancing, triathlons, axe-throwing, cross fit. Since 1999 she has been doing competitive distance swimming, including 10k pool swims, 5K lake and river swims (including the Cumberland), and two escapes from Alcatraz!
She resides in Nashville and donates a portion of her commissions from every closing to dog rescues in Middle Tennessee, because a house with out a dog ( or cat,fish, ferret, iquana...) is not a home.
