We are so lucky that a mutual friend put us in touch with Denise because she was exactly what we needed! We met with Denise in January with no intentions to put an offer down until the summer. We were immediately impressed with her CPA background and knowledge of the area. Over the next several months, we saw a few houses to get a feel for the market. Denise was incredibly patient and answered every question we had (there were a lot!) quickly and professionally.
