For the sake of transparency, we had very little contact with the Parks entity, and as such this entire review is about our Realtors, Elliott and Evan Thomas AKA the fabulous Thomas Twins. I want to assure any and all readers of this review, that my wife and I are real clients who are the fortunate beneficiaries of the twins stellar performance in the sale of our house. Whether you are a first time buyer or have previous experience, the sale or purchase of a home is a nerve wracking and high anxiety venture and requires the help of highly experienced, seasoned professionals with proven local sales and marketing savvy. In our case we were selling because we have reached the stage in our lives where we needed to be closer to our out of state family. We did our research and due diligence and ended up interviewing 4 agencies based on internet reviews and personal recommendations. Our criteria items were; local market knowledge, agency services such as staging expertise, computer driven market analysis capabilities, sales record in our zip code, communication skills, and quite frankly the willingness to “partner up” with us on personal basis and show a vested interest in us as people rather than us as just clients or a commission.. Elliott and Evan Thomas were the first ones we interviewed. Yes, when you engage the twins you get them both as a dynamic team on your behalf. We were blown away because with no prompting from us, their presentation addressed every one of our criteria items factually, knowledgeably, patiently, incredibly professionally and compassionately as they picked up on the fact that we were very anxious about having to sell a house at our age. We completed the other 3 interviews open-mindedly and at the end it was crystal clear to us that the twins were willing to go all in to help us get the best deal possible. They guided us patiently and understandingly through the myriad of anxiety moments and marketing moments and in the end they sold our house for many, many thousands of dollars above the asking price for cash. Further and as equally important, they negotiated the contract terms and conditions with such expertise and experience, that the buyers agreed to paying the costs and allowed us to stay the time term we needed to complete or moving requirements. If you are a buyer or a seller, you could not, in our opinion choose a more professional team of guys to help you to achieve your real estate goals. Read More
