I can say without pause that Emily is the best realtor I have ever worked with, and that includes those from NY and DC. When I was a buyer, Emily really listened to what I had to say. She never once showed me a property that did not meet my criterion. And she worked with me for months. When we finally found my dream property, she helped me through every step of process. She answered all my questions, returned my calls promptly, and even helped me get my washer/dryer delivered and installed by taking it upon herself to be at the property to receive the delivery when I could not. What realtor does that?! When I was selling my property, Emily exceeded all expectations. From determining the price point to list, identifying and prioritizing fixes that needed to be done to get that price, and even staging the property with some of her personal items to try to save me money. Again, what realtor does that for their clients? And it looked awesome!! We had offers the first day it became available. She kept me in loop throughout the entire closing process, making sure I knew exactly what was happening in real time. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.
