As a third-generation real estate broker, Eric's trademark is his care and precision in the representation of fine properties, including properties in the $2M+ price points.
Eric's reputation in the lending community extends from his vast experience valuating luxury properties, high-rise condominiums, and waterfront homes to unique estate properties in excess of $10M in the Atlanta, Charlotte and Nashville market areas.
Eric's mission is to guide his client through the complex real estate process, so they can achieve their dream, with less stress and regret. Eric places a major focus on client communication, prioritizing response time and availability to his clientele. Eric Provides weekly updates to clients to keep them informed of their progress and personally works with every client through the sales process.
As a pilot and former commercial airline pilot, Eric focuses on attention to detail and processes to provide the same elite services and care to every client. Eric obtained pilot and certified flight instructor licenses at ATP, a flight school in Daytona Beach, Florida, where he was also an instructor. He later was hired as a First Officer for Atlantic Southeast Airlines (ASA), a Delta Connection and United Express carrier. During his time at ASA, Eric flew to nearly all major airports in the Eastern half of the U.S., Canada and the Bahamas. His family history with flying dates to his great uncle who flew airmail, news reel and performed aerobatics with Charles Lindbergh.
Eric has earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation (GRI) and is a member of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS®, Tennessee Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®.
Outside of real estate, he is an avid runner and triathlete, completing several marathons and half IRONMAN races and nearly a dozen half marathons among numerous others. Originally from Western New York, He earned a degree in animal science from Morrisville State College in Morrisville, NY and lives in Williamson County with his wife and children.
