We have been on a house hunt in Nashville for years, and never found anything that we fell in love with that we could consider our forever home. Over 12 months ago, Ilona entered into the fray and we could tell from the start that she was up to the challenge. She listened to our wants vs. needs, never pressured us, and was available to talk at times other realtors would have let it go to voicemail. My husband and I are expecting our first baby this December and we had less than three months to purchase a home before our little one arrived. We communicated our very specific needs to Ilona regarding our non-negotiables and the importance of our timeline and she delivered! We never had to wait for a response (she is an excellent communicator and quick to reply) and she never left us hanging. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of knowledge gaps regarding the home buying process and she was an incredible resource for me. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel embarrassed about my lack of knowledge. She made everything so easy! My husband and I work opposite schedules so we had very little availability but she worked with our schedule to make showings possible. I cannot recommend Ilona enough!
