She began her work in the residential real estate market in 2003 as an associate with French, Christianson Patterson, and Associates. Janet later joined Village in 2010, to increase her sales territory and to take advantage of the unparalleled dedication to agent support and community service. Janet believes her ability to listen to and understand her client’s needs is her greatest attribute. Janet’s attention to detail, professionalism, and hard work along with her wide range of contacts and resources in the area allow her to provide her clients with an exceptional real estate experience. Janet is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, and holds the Accredited Buyer Representation designation from the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council. This accreditation which is held by only two percent of Realtors means she understands the market from the buyer’s perspective and is uniquely qualified to look out for their interests.
When not selling real estate, Janet enjoys traveling with her family, trying all the new restaurants, and cooking, but her most valued position is that of wife, mother, and faithful guardian to her cat, Simon!
