Jen Davis

I am a Nashville native raised in Mt. Juliet and Franklin. I graduated from both Father Ryan and MTSU. I have lived all over the U.S. from New York to California and many states in-between. I studied acting at the school for Film and Television in Manhattan. I had the fortunate experience of crewing a Sailboat for a season through the Atlantic. For ten years, I owned Davis Bail Bonds in St. Louis, Missouri. I have first hand experience in customer service, sales, marketing and legal documents. This gives my clients confidence as I walk them through the home buying and selling process. I moved back home to Tennessee after being diagnosed with multiple myeloma. I am now in remission thanks to Vanderbilt!

Inspired by my grandmother, who was a real estate agent in Williamson county, I decided to finally follow my passion for real estate. I know what it's like to relocate and be a first time home buyer. I am aware of the ups and downs that moving to an unfamiliar place can bring. I want to be there to help people transition and alleviate the extra stress that home buying and selling can bring. I thoroughly enjoy helping first time home buyers achieve their dreams with as little out of pocket as possible. Helping people invest in their future and build wealth one transaction at a time is what I do!! When I'm not negotiating an offer you can find me hiking at Radnor or Percy Warner, at a museum with my son, or listening to great music.
