John Houston

John was born and raised in Nashville, TN. He is a graduate of Brentwood Academy and Middle Tennessee State University (BS). He joined the PARKS family as an Affiliate Broker in 2012 and carried that knowledge over in 2019 when he joined The Retreat by Oakstone as a sales agent selling luxury tiny home communities in the mountains of Monteagle, TN. Real estate markets fluctuate. There are extreme highs and extreme lows but it always seems to balance out. John considers his family the primary motivation in his life and the experience people go through when buying and selling is extremely important.
