Our goal was to relocate to Nashville area and we enlisted Justin to help us find a new home. Due to circumstances, we were unable to tour the majority of the houses we evaluated. Initially we were skeptical about making such an important purchase remotely but thanks to Justin’s thorough understanding of our needs, his knowledge of local neighborhoods, insights, and advice we found the perfect home for us. Justin was a star at giving video tours and made us feel confident we were getting an accurate picture of each home we decided to look at. Ultimately, we went ahead with an offer without making a physical tour of the house ourselves. Justin guided us seamlessly (and totally remotely) though the initial offer, inspection, and negotiations. We successfully completed the purchase and a few weeks later were able to see the fruits of our labor in person. We could not have been more pleased. There were no surprises as everything was as Justin had portrayed to us. Post purchase, he was very helpful in providing us local contacts for some minor repairs that we wanted to complete. Justin always listened carefully to our needs , was proactive, and kept our home search moving to a successful completion.
