Keri Sylvia

Keri joined the 21st Avenue location of Parks Nashville in 2024 after working 17 years as a Realtor® in Boston. She moved to the Franklin area 3 years ago, but decided to take some time to learn the neighborhoods and get a grasp of the local market before getting her license in Tennessee. Keri is a bi-location agent working in both Tennessee and Massachusetts. She has an effective combination of both East Coast persistence and Southern charm. Keri specializes in Buyer, Seller and Landlord representation as well as, provides interior design/staging and new construction assistance. She has been covered in joint compound and paint, ripped out more molding & baseboard then she ever wants to admit, styled many a bookshelves, and moved around furniture like nobody’s business. She absolutely loves the expressiveness of design and helping clients buy, build and create spaces they love. She has learned that being a great agent requires listening to the client and truly hearing what their needs are. By listening, you can better find and produce a lifestyle that suits the individual.

Keri prides herself in creating an overall enjoyable experience for her Sellers and Buyers and strives to ensure that the home buying process and every transaction is smooth and stress free. She recognizes that her clients count on her, so she makes herself available any time of the day. Keri has an inviting smile and her passion shines through, putting her clients at ease.

Keri grew up in Newton, MA, where she was a former All-Scholastic athlete and captain in soccer and lacrosse. She graduated Cum Laude from UMass Amherst with a degree in Communications and was a member of the National Key Honor Society. Keri also holds a Real Estate license in the state of California.

In her free time Keri loves running, hiking, weightlifting, dancing, reading, working with charities, flipping houses, interior design/anything creative and she is a DIY queen!
