Kim earned her undergraduate degree from Clemson University and her graduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis, both in architecture with honors. She is a licensed architect with over a decade’s experience in the field, having worked at some of the top commercial firms in the country before starting her own residential practice

In 2017 Kim made the natural transition to real estate obtaining her affiliate broker license in Tennessee. Her unique background allows her to provide expert advice to her clients. Not only does she have an intimate knowledge of design and construction, but her attention to detail and analytical approach ensures a smooth transaction for all. She is a skilled negotiator who knows how to achieve the best possible results for her clients.

With the constantly evolving Nashville market, Kim appreciates the value of continuing education and makes every effort to stay current on trends and best practices in the industry. To date, she holds a designation as Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.

Originally from Ohio, Kim moved to Middle Tennessee from Atlanta in 2014 to be closer to family. When she isn’t helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, Kim is spending time with her husband Dave and their dog Cody. She loves traveling, sharing meals with friends, and getting on her yoga mat as often as possible.

First, upon moving to Nashville for a new job she helped me navigate the condo marketplace, she understood my needs and wants perfectly and found a strong list of properties to look at in my price range. We found the dream condo (in 3 weeks!), she negotiated the right deal on my behalf and found me a great mortgage lender option. It was perfect! Fast and seamless. Then flash forward 9 months and I lost my job due to Covid. I called Kim and she jumped into action weighing my options and getting my condo listed quickly. She also lays out all the options we have available and thoroughly explains how each option effects the process of buying the house and was there to help prioritize everything we need to fix. We were working with her for approximately 5 months and ended up putting in an offer on a house. She made sure we knew that she can sell any house but her ultimate goal is to make sure we were happy with the house 5-10 years from now.
