Kirk Anderson

A transplant from New Orleans, Kirk and his wife Lina, moved to Nashville for his wife’s Endocrinology career which started at Vanderbilt and has now landed her in private practice. They currently reside in Bellevue, TN and have two beautiful boys, ages two and eight months. They also have two Goldendoodles, Tessa and Thor.

Kirk has a lifelong background in the health and fitness industry though he admits he always has felt called to a career in real-estate. Kirk was the Director of Training for a facility in New Orleans for 15 years and is an accomplished Track and Field athlete with his highest accolade being a collegiate record in the Decathlon. Kirk still does his best to keep up with a health and fitness routine though his highest priorities remain his wife and kids.

With the active lifestyle Kirk has led his entire life, he really enjoys taking hikes with the family on the weekends and exploring new areas around Nashville. He says- “Nashville always seems to have something we haven’t done or seen yet. It's truly a remarkable city."

Kirk is constantly perfecting his hand in real-estate. With the ever-changing market he recognizes the importance of staying up to date with the trend and being able to provide an above and beyond level of service to his clients while being on the forefront of negotiating the best terms.

Kirk prides himself with having excellent communication with his clients. He says communication is paramount to the success of a healthy relationship. He also believes in cultivating lasting relationships, not focusing on just the transaction but building depth in getting to know you.
