This earned certificate is an endorsement to the dedication of practicing real estate at the highest professional standards. I have also earned my Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation which sets the standard to go the extra mile for my clients. I have a proven track record of helping buyers get their offers accepted and closed so they can move into their dream homes. I also help sellers achieve the maximum value when selling their home.

I love exploring Tennessee’s incredible hiking trails with my husband and two dogs, working out at Williamson County Recreation Center, doing Pilates and Yoga at local studios, kayaking on the Harpeth, shopping on Main Street Franklin, and enjoy a night out in Nashville. I love being involved with our community and volunteering at various community events. We have three children; our oldest son is married and is also a real estate agent in California, and we have boy/girl twins. Our twin son plays baseball as a pitcher for Middle Tennessee State University, and our daughter is a contemporary professional dancer.

When I was ready just to give up because I found it too stressful, Kristi would send emails with updated houses, some different cities, and different areas to think about. She would also send short just checking texts randomly which enabled me to take breaks from looking at properties but also to still remember the best thing to do is to look and explore different areas and to be able to pinpoint what I wanted. Just helped immensely and I am grateful. I did end up buying in an area that I hadn't considered before and thinking back over the properties that I felt really would have liked and the properties that I put an offer on that did not work out I think that this house in this area is the best choice for me. She completed the showing in a timely and professional manner. She recommended that if we liked the house we should make an offer immediately which we were able to do with her help. After the offer was presented and accepted Kristi helped coordinate needed inspections and was present to admit vendors and available for any questions they had. The sellers had ordered new windows which were not installed before time of purchase due to long lead time for window orders. Her and her husband went above and beyond to show me a number of homes that would work as investment properties and, more importantly, to make me feel as though we've known each other for years! They really do get to know you not just as a Buyer, but as a human being and because of that, I can see us being lifelong friends. Prior to my arrival in Tennessee, Kristi and her husband sent me several comprehensive lists of properties along with added notes/details that provided insight into each of the properties. As an out-of-town Buyer, it's difficult to navigate a market where prices and homes fluctuate so much from city to city, which is why I found Kristi's local knowledge incredibly beneficial. She always took the time to answer all the questions I had pertaining to the local rental rates and investment regulations enforced by different counties within Tennessee.
