We had bought and sold two houses before this one, and I was still impressed with her ability to focus in each home we looked at on what were the important considerations about that particular house. Ours was a fast-moving market and Kristy knew how to act decisively when necessary. She gave outstanding counsel about submitting our bid and she really shined after we did, in working with the seller and the other people involved in getting to closing of a new-construction house.
