I knew who I wanted to use for my loan and she put me touch with Kyle Smallen - I always like to use a realtor who has a relationship with my lender. They have to work so closely together I think it makes everything easier. Kyle was great to work with. He was always available and quick to respond. He was very thoughtful and knowledgeable when looking at homes. We appreciated his opinion and his extra pair of eyes to look the properties over. With selling our home he came in with a plan, helped us stage it so that it showed well and even helped us find handymen for some repairs before we listed. We're pretty new to Nashville so it was important that we worked with a realtor who knew the area well and we were so impressed with Kyle's local knowledge and his connections. His knowledge and flexibility (and patience with all of our questions!) definitely has helped make the whole process easier. Because of our crazy work schedules, my husband and I had only short windows of time at random hours to look at houses/complete paperwork/etc and Kyle was more than happy to work around our schedule.
