Lee Pfund is the Managing Broker for the Parks Hillsboro Village office on 21st Avenue. Prior to joining Village, Lee was Assistant Managing Broker and Training Director for Crye-Leike in Franklin. A Memphis native, Lee started his real estate career in the Bluff City with Keller Williams in 2006, eventually managing REO/foreclosure and investment property. In 2013, he relocated to Nashville and worked with Keller Williams in Green Hills until moving to Crye-Leike. Lee has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis and is a graduate of Greater Nashville REALTORS® 2017 Leadership Academy. Active with the Greater Nashville REALTORS®, he serves on the Board of Directors & Legislative Committee. Lee is a Silver- & twice Gold-winner of Awards of Excellence for Greater Nashville Realtors, a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).

After walking into the house that ultimately ended up being “the one,” the builder summed it up perfectly by saying, “Lee is the man!” There is no one better to calmly guide you... After walking into the house that ultimately ended up being “the one,” the builder summed it up perfectly by saying, “Lee is the man!” There is no one better to calmly guide you through the challenges of purchasing a home than Lee. He is an expert on the Nashville area. During one of our first conversations, Lee quickly steered me away from a particular area because of the additional traffic I would face during my work commute....who would do that?! I then wanted to look at no less than 2200 homes and it rained for about 2195 of them! Each time, Lee greeted me with a hug and a smile (pre-covid 19.) When we finally found, “the one,” issues and delays popped up frequently. Lee worked through each one of them without frustration. Throughout the entire process, he communicated with me every detail and was readily available. The best part was after closing. Lee continued to check to make sure everything was okay with the house!
