Her experience and knowledge of middle Tennessee helped us tremendously as she guided us through the buying process. From the first phone call back in California, we were convinced we landed a good agent. (Being a real estate agent myself, back in California, we knew we were in good hands with Marna.) Just one of the things we appreciated was she was there to answer our phone calls, and if not, she'd call back real soon. We really appreciated not ever having to wait a long time for a call back! Always. When we decided to visit Tennessee, Marna saved 4 days for us. (Every day she had water, drinks and goodies to drink and snack on!) Nice touch Marna. Living in California, we appreciated that she devoted precious time for us to see as much as possible. That weekend we found a house in Del Web and bought it. It was a smooth transition and couldn't be happier. Marna is the perfect agent who goes the extra mile. We asked for recommendations for a painter and flooring installer. We asked, if possible, to have the painter start the day our escrow closed and the flooring installer to immediately follow. Well, she did just that. Boom! And in our first 2 weeks all was complete and we were happy with their work. We really appreciated the "care package" she left us in the house when we first moved in. Food!
