I have lived in this city for close to 40 years, and have witnessed the complete transformation of a city known as a small town into the great metropolitan area it is today. I loved it before and I love it even more now.
I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing from the University of Tennessee and have over 20 years of contract negotiation, marketing, bids, and price strategies – this experience and these skills serve my clients well when buying or selling a home. I am passionate about providing value to my clients by focusing on their unique personalities and needs thus being able to connect them to parts of my city that I truly know and understand.
Prior to my real estate career, I worked in sales and marketing for 14 years at PepsiCo and Mars Petcare. Within these very competitive and fast-paced environments, I discovered the best road to success was to work together with my colleagues. Instead of trying to outshine each other, we shared stories and ideas to bring out the very best in one another. The culture and way of doing things created friendships that I still have to this day. From my life experiences, I always strive to be a collaborator, not a competitor with my peers. Developing relationships, especially in this real estate market, can make a huge impact. I can spend weeks searching for that perfect house for a client; then, while in a conversation with another REALTOR®, hear of a home coming on the market. Next thing you know I am writing an offer.
