Nick is proud resident of Tennessee. However, he was born in New York City, where he launched his Real Estate career. Touching on several aspects of the business. Ranging from Single Family homes, to City Rentals, to Multi-unit and Mixed Use Properties.
Coming from a fast paced and densley populated city such as New York, it's fair to say that Nick has a bit of experience in communicating with people and understanding their needs.
Prior to his Real Estate career, Nick spent nearly two decades in the Telecommunications field, working with a major Telecom company. Somewhere near the end of that chapter, Nick began to dabble in the Real Estate market, which eventually grew to become his primary obsession.
While servicing the NYC Real Estate markets, Nick met his wife and started a family. Afterward, they decided to move across the river to New Jersey, where he continued his Real Estate business. Shortly, after that Nick and his family seized the opportunity of a lifetime and moved to sunny Tennessee! They have been ecstatic ever since!
In his free time, Nick spends most of it with his family, but tries to sneak in a round of Golf here and there. He enjoys live music, comedy, wineries, traveling and anything outdoors from mountains to beaches.
Fun Fact: As a young man, Nick worked for the New York Yankees at the original Yankee Stadium.
Ultimately, Nick understands that Real Estate can be a serious business, however, it doesn't have to feel that way. Whether, it's helping people with their unique journey through life or making a financial investment, Nick is always here to help you.
