He grew up in suburban St. Louis and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the music business. After spending several years visiting Nashville, he fell in love with the city and its people and made the move here in 2011. Patrick continued working in music as a tour manager and helping to launch local offices for both Interscope and Warner Records signing and developing artists.
After receiving exceptional service from a Village agent buying a commercial investment property, he was inspired to make the transition into real estate with a company he could believe in. He currently resides in Brentwood with his wife Stefani. During his free time he enjoys working in the yard, watching his favorite teams, and having a nice glass of bourbon.
