Rita is married to Don Ash who is a SR Judge for the State of Tennessee. They have 4 children that are all married and have been blessed with 10 beautiful grandchildren, who give them their joy in life.

Rita has been very involved through the years with her real estate career which began in 1983 she has been with Parks for 35 of those years. God gave her this career as her mission field which gives her the opportunity to share her faith through her actions and heart. She loves helping others achieve the American Dream of owning a home.

She met with us on a Tuesday to get to know us and our tastes, she showed us 2 houses to help her understand what appealed to us. The following day she devoted almost the whole day and had lined up about 10 houses including ones that were not on the market yet for us to see. The first one really checked all our boxes, she then asked us to compare each subsequent house to the first. Bottom line we bought in 4 days.
