Welcome to The Schmid Group Family! We are all local Nashville natives, a rare tribe! Tim felt called to Real Estate after working in Germany with his family for a summer, so when he got home, he got his real estate license and got to work! He has now been serving Nashville since 2013. Just a few short years later, Tim started the group with Kristen as his assistant. Since 2019, we have grown to a team of 4!
With Tim being the Team Lead, Kristen is now a full-time Buyers Agent! We have added Philip Davis, who brings his incredible attention to detail and passion for helping others reach their goals. Ruth Ann is the full-time Team Manager! She was trained by Kristen and now runs the backend miscellaneous work to support the team.
The team prides itself on the love and kindness they bring to each client in helping them find their dream home with outstanding knowledge and experience. Each team member brings different perspectives, life experiences, and skills to the team. Every client is served intentionally and with their best interests in mind. Since we are a smaller team, our systems, and communication are the foremost tools for keeping their clients as happy as possible.
